Product Designer — Freelance (Remote)

We're a remote design studio working on a global tech product. We need a designer who can take direction, design within an existing system, and deliver polished screens.

What you'll do

You'll work within a mature design system on a mobile-first product. Tasks come as defined tickets — some open-ended, some narrow. You design, iterate, and deliver production-ready screens in Figma.

You won't define strategy or build systems from scratch. You'll execute with craft and care, within constraints we set. When something's unclear, you ask. When you see a better way, you flag it.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of UI/UX experience

  • Strong visual craft — your screens look intentional, not templated

  • Comfortable working within an existing design system (tokens, components, spacing, modes)

  • Mobile app experience is a plus

  • Async-first communication — you document your work and decisions clearly

  • AI tools in your workflow (Figma plugins/MCP, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor — whatever you use)

  • Timezone overlap with UTC+7 (Asia/Europe preferred)

What we offer

  • Real product work, not agency sprints

  • ~20-40 hours per month, ongoing

  • Monthly invoicing, paid within 14 days

  • Direct collaboration with the creative director

  • A team that takes design seriously

Takes ~10 minutes. Fill out a short form and record a 5-minute Loom walkthrough of a design brief.

Building powerful tools and experiences for start-ups, global companies, and future-facing organisations.
